1. The Service

WeightbotCoach AI provides an AI-powered diet and wellness coaching service delivered via WhatsApp. The service includes personalised nutrition guidance, daily check-ins, and progress tracking based on the information you provide during onboarding.

WeightbotCoach AI is not a medical service. The advice provided by the AI coach is for general wellness and weight management purposes only and does not constitute medical, dietary, or clinical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making significant changes to your diet or exercise routine, particularly if you have a medical condition.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use WeightbotCoach AI. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

3. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account.

You must provide accurate information during registration. Providing false information may result in account termination.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

• Access to the AI coaching bot requires an active paid subscription
• Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis via PayPal
• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard
• Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of the current billing period — no partial refunds are issued
• We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' notice

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or exploit the AI coaching system
• Share your account access with others
• Use the service to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Submit false health information with the intent to manipulate the coaching system

6. AI-Generated Content

Responses from the WeightbotCoach AI are generated by artificial intelligence and are based on the information you provide. While we strive for accuracy and helpfulness, AI-generated content may occasionally be incorrect or incomplete. You should exercise your own judgement and not rely solely on AI advice for health decisions.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee specific weight loss results. Individual results vary based on personal effort, lifestyle, and other factors outside our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WeightbotCoach AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to personal health outcomes, data loss, or service interruptions.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the service. You may terminate your account at any time from the dashboard.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before any formal proceedings.
